Alleged shocking texts between Elon Musk and Ashley St. Clair have surfaced after the influencer claimed she had given birth to his 13th child.
Influencer Ashley St. Clair claims to have given birth to Musk’s 13th child
Ashley St. Clair has filed legal petitions against billionaire Elon Musk, requesting a paternity test and sole custody of their alleged child.
The lawsuit includes alleged text exchanges between the two, fueling speculation about their relationship.
On February 21, St. Clair submitted two petitions to the New York Supreme Court.
One seeks sole legal custody of her five-month-old son, referred to as ‘RSC.’ The other requests that Musk undergo a paternity test to confirm if he is the father.
Public announcement of the alleged child
St. Clair publicly shared her claims on February 14, posting on social media:
“Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.”
Musk has not officially addressed the allegations. However, he has posted cryptic messages on Twitter that some believe are indirect responses.
Alleged relationship timeline
According to court documents, St. Clair claims their relationship began in May 2023. She alleges they were intimate in January 2024, leading to the birth of her child in September 2024.
She also claims Musk acknowledged the child in various written correspondences. As evidence, she has provided images and alleged text messages between them.
Alleged text messages between St. Clair and Musk
Following the child’s birth, St. Clair allegedly sent Musk a picture of her cradling the newborn. Musk reportedly responded:
“Are you both well?”
To which St. Clair replied: “He is perfect.”
Musk allegedly followed up with: ” I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.”
Musk’s alleged security concerns
In another alleged conversation, Musk expressed concerns for his safety:
“I get credible death threats every day. I’m #2 after Trump for assassination. Wake up.”
He reportedly continued: “This is not the time for sentiment at the expense of safety. If I make a mistake on security, R[full name blacked out] will never know his father.”
Alleged romantic exchanges
St. Clair also shared an exchange in which she sent Musk a photo of herself and a friend. Musk allegedly responded: *“Hi cutie.”*
She replied with a heart emoji and *“See you soon.”
Musk then allegedly wrote: “I want to knock you up again.”
Three months later, Musk reportedly messaged: *“Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.”*
St. Clair’s legal team responds
Brian Glickich, St. Clair’s representative, stated that she attempted to resolve the matter privately. However, Musk’s legal team allegedly became unresponsive.
Her attorney, Karen B. Rosenthal, wrote in a legal document:
“This firm has been dealing with Respondent’s lawyer and representative, Alyssa Rower from Rower, LLC, in an attempt to resolve this matter privately.”
She further stated: “However, his representatives have been nonresponsive, and Respondent has indicated that he no longer wishes to resolve issues of custody and support amicably.”
St. Clair has asked the court to issue a summons requiring Musk to provide evidence regarding paternity, custody, and child support.
The case continues to develop, with many awaiting Musk’s official response to the allegations.
