Woman loses job over controversial receipt message
On social media, viral receipt showed a customer writing an offensive Trump-related comment.
The woman dined at Cazuelas Mexican Cantina in Ohio on March 2. When tipping, she wrote, “ZERO, YOU SUCK.” Below that, she added, “I HOPE TRUMP DEPORTS YOU!!!”
Additionally, the server, Ricardo, is a US citizen, making the comment baseless.
While, reports suggest the woman was upset over the restaurant’s “one coupon per table” policy.
Social media reaction
After the receipt went viral, the woman denied writing the message. On her now-deleted Facebook account, she claimed her credit card had been lost or stolen.
While, she wrote, “My credit card was lost/stolen, and someone attempted to use it. Thanks for the notifications! This has been reported through my bank.”
Additionally, she also posted a similar message on LinkedIn, which was later deleted.
On social media, many viewers also express disgusting five-word message for server on restaurant bill. While, other also Outrage, suggested that she should be loses her job for stuptid action.

Security footage comfirms the truth
Cazuelas Mexican Cantina reviewed their security footage. The video confirmed that the woman had been at the restaurant and used her credit card.
In response, the restaurant issued a statement condemning discrimination.
“We believe in the power of respect, tolerance, and acceptance. One of our team members faced an unacceptable situation, and we stand firmly against any form of hate or discrimination.”
Additionally, CENTURY 21 quickly responded to the controversy, releasing a statement confirming that it had terminated the woman’s employment.
“Hate has no place within the CENTURY 21 brand. We are taking this very seriously. After investigating, we can confirm this agent is no longer affiliated with the brand.”
In response to the incident, a GoFundMe campaign was launched to support Ricardo. The fundraiser has raised over $22,000 so far.
