People left in awe after witnessing the extraordinary capabilities of Elon Musk’s Optimus robots in a new video that surfaced recently.

Tech billionaire Elon Musk debuted the next-gen Optimus robots at last night’s Cybercab event.

From “Ex Machina” to “I, Robot”, the idea of robots taking over the world has long been explored in movies.

Despite these dystopian visions, Elon Musk continues to push forward in developing real-world robots.

On October 10, Musk hosted an event at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California, to unveil Tesla’s new Robotaxi, also known as the Cybercab.

The Cybercab and delayed launch

Musk introduced his vision for the Robotaxi years ago, initially promising fleets of these autonomous vehicles by 2020.

However, production was delayed, pushing back the original timeline.

According to *Car and Driver*, these innovative cars, which rely on Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (FSD) software, could now be ready for production before 2027.

Unlike traditional cars, the Cybercab has no steering wheel or pedals, offering a glimpse into the future of transportation.

Optimus Robots steal the show with their capabilities

While the Robotaxi was a highlight, Tesla’s humanoid robots, called Optimus, captured much of the attention at the event.

The Optimus robots walked casually among the attendees, showcasing their impressive capabilities.

Musk has promised that these robots will be able to perform a wide range of tasks, from walking the dog and babysitting to pouring drinks and mowing the lawn.

Videos from the event quickly went viral, showing the robots interacting with attendees.

In one clip, an Optimus robot engages in a conversation with a man about where they both live.

When asked about the hardest part of being a robot, Optimus humorously responded, “Trying to be as human as you guys are. And that’s something I try harder to do every day.”

In another video, an Optimus robot, wearing a cowboy hat, is seen pouring drinks for guests.

At one point, it even asks a party-goer if they want a photo and flashes a peace sign as they take a selfie.

During his presentation, Musk claimed that the Optimus robots would be “the biggest product ever of any kind,” predicting a “fundamental transformation for civilization.”

The price for these advanced humanoid robots is expected to range from $20,000 to $30,000, though production timelines remain unclear.

The attendees’ reactions to the robots were a mix of awe and disbelief.

I’d spend a pretty substantial amount of money to not have to do any more household chores like cleaning and washing sheets.

We will need the auto bots sooner than we think, the second user commented.

I think he’s an alian from outer space. Disguised like a human. The important is he’s endorsing Trump and helping Americans for their emergency needs, the third user wrote.
