'In light of these tragic events, we have informed our attorneys to withdraw all legal actions against Stockton.

'We honour their zest for life, as well as their commitment to the exploration of our oceans.'

The dispute started in 2016 when Marc and Sharon Hagle signed a contract and paid deposits to the deep-sea exploration company. They hope of becoming among the first people who discovered a deep sea tour with OceanGate.
