While her mother was in palliative care, Lisa decided to surprise her with a real-life fawn reminiscent of Bambi. Taking to the popular Facebook group The Kindness Pandemic, Lisa explained how she and her sister had been caring for their ailing mother.

They reached out to a couple named Simone and Chris, who happened to own a deer fawn named Bambi. Lisa posted a poignant video capturing her mother's emotional reaction as she met Bambi and immediately developed a strong bond.

The following day, despite her mother's declining health, Lisa contacted Simone and Chris, who readily agreed to bring Bambi to meet her.

Expressing her gratitude, Lisa acknowledged their selfless act driven by love and kindness. In the video, Chris revealed that Bambi's mother was unable to care for her, so they had personally raised the fawn.
