Ashley St. Clair claims child support cuts by Elon Musk
Previously, St. Clair, who filed for sole custody of their alleged son, R.S.C., claims Musk withheld “substantial” financial support.
A video shared by the Daily Mail shows the MAGA influencer selling a Tesla she claims is worth $100,000.
During the interview, St. Clair explained her decision to sell the $100,000 Tesla, stating, ‘I need to make up for the 60% cut that Elon made to our son’s child support.’
A DailyMail.com reporter witnessed her handing the car over to a representative from the online auto sales giant Carvana.
When asked if she believed Musk was being ‘vindictive’ toward her, St. Clair responded, ‘Well, that’s his modus operandi when women speak out. You can check the stocks—I’m not the only one cleaning up after his messes.’
Regarding anti-Tesla protests, she remarked, ‘The markets are catching up to what I have known for a long time.’
St. Clair also revealed that the last time she attempted to contact Musk was on February 13, but she received no response.’
St. Clair and Musk reportedly began their relationship in May 2023, and conceived R.S.C. in January 2024.
In February 2024, St. Clair announced on Musk’s platform X that she had given birth to their son. Following her sole custody filing, Musk allegedly reduced the child support payments.
Elon Musk responds paternity and child suport allegations
Musk publicly addressed the rumors, admitting uncertainty about the child’s paternity but stating his willingness to find out. He claimed to have given St. Clair $2.5 million and $500,000 annually in child support.
Then, St. Clair reponds Musk on X.
She wrote: “And you weren’t sending me money, you were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary… until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for “disobedience.” But you’re really only punishing your son.”
“It’s ironic that your last effort in court was to try to gag me while you use a social media channel you literally own to distribute derogatory messages about me and our child to the entire world. It’s all about control with you, and everyone can see it.” She added.
Additionally, ‘Mother of Elon Musk’s 13th child’ also shared alleged messenger from Musk, including one in which he reportedly said, “I want to knock you up again.”
She also mentioned that Musk had not attended the birth and had limited involvement in the child’s upbringing.
St. Clair’s lawyers highlighted Musk’s lack of clarity regarding the child’s paternity. They pointed out the discrepancy between Musk’s commitment to transparency in government and his personal life.
