Obviously, it lacks internet access and social media apps. 

HMD states: “Nothing beats spending real time together. That’s what the HMD Barbie Phone is all about! 

No distracting apps here. It’s time to disconnect to reconnect.”

This design is intended to reduce distractions and promote real-world interactions.

Availability and price

The Barbie flip phone is currently available in the UK for £99.99 ($130). 

It comes with 64 MB RAM, 128 MB storage, and a dual SIM feature. 

A US release is expected soon, with more details to be announced on Nokia’s social media channels.
