According to a building permit obtained by the Providence Journal, contractors are preparing to expand the pop star’s oceanfront property in Westerly’s Watch Hill neighborhood.
The new addition will include an extra bedroom and additional bathrooms, along with a significant kitchen remodel.
Details about the new wing: The new bedroom will measure approximately 16 by 24 feet. However, the exact number of new bathrooms remains unspecified.
Estimated costs: The expansion project’s labor and materials are projected to cost $1.7 million, as stated in the building permit.

Swift’s Rhode Island estate has also been the location of several famous parties.
In August, her boyfriend Travis Kelce and his teammate Patrick Mahomes were seen attending one of Swift’s pool parties.
