Boriska was born in Volgograd, Russia. His mother noticed something special about him when he was very young.
Recalling his birth, she said: “It all happened so fast that I didn’t even feel pain. When the child was shown to me, he looked at me with the eyes of an adult.
“As a doctor, I knew that babies’ eyes cannot focus on objects. However, my small child was looking at me with his big brown eyes.”
She believed he had unusual abilities. By the time he was 11, he was already speaking multiple languages and showing an impressive memory.
His mother described him as “psychic,” and his teachers were amazed by his intelligence.
In 2004, Boriska first gained attention when he stated that he was a Martian in a previous life.
The young boy claims to be one of many others called “Indigo Children” who were sent to Earth to save the human race from wiping itself out.

Boriska said: “I remember that time when I was 14 or 15 years old. The Martians were waging wars all the time so I would often have to participate in air raids with a friend of mine.
“We could travel in time and space flying in round spaceships, but we would observe life on Earth on triangular aircraft. Martian spaceships are very complicated.”
Boriska has also talked about Martian technology.
He claimed to have designed a spaceship and discussed the materials that make up these advanced crafts.
However, he has not provided specific details about these technologies.
“It has six layers with the outer layer made from 25% solid metal, the second layer is 30% something like rubber while the third layer is 30% metal,” he said.
“The last 4% consists of a special magnetic layer.
“If we were to energize this magnetic layer, these machines would be able to fly anywhere in the universe,” Boriska described.
Boris claimed that the secret to all human life could be discovered inside the Great Sphinx of Egypt.
He said he flew there during his previous life.
He said: “The human life will change when the Sphinx is opened, it has an opening mechanism somewhere behind the ear; I do not remember exactly.”
So-called paranormal experts from the Institute of Terrestrial Magnetism, Ionosphere, and Radio Waves at the Russian Academy of Sciences say they have “photographed his aura” which they claimed was “unusually strong.”
