You'll witness a humpback whale weighing nearly 40 tons leap out of the water in wonder. It is believed to be the first time a gigantic humpback has jumped completely out of the water.

A man in Pangdolan, Eastern Cape Province, South Africa, recorded the extremely rare footage of a whale weighing almost 40 tonnes leaping out of the water. The video shows the incredible scene of the giant whale leaping up and flying completely out of the water for about 1 second.

The footage shows a gigantic humpback whale making spectacular leaps across the water, causing splashes.

The wonders of nature are astonishing but also terrifying. The clip's owner, Craig Capehart, was also amazed, having had the privilege of witnessing a whale the size of a large submarine "fly" to the surface in such stunning fashion.

This is extremely rare for a humpback whale weighing nearly 40 tons, and it surprised a lot of people.

It is understood that humpback whales are mammals with a body length of 12-16 meters and a weight of up to 40 tons. They travel 25,000 kilometers each year in search of food.
