There is a set of 4 identical pieces, made of a bakelite-type plastic, with galvanized steel, bolted, clamps/straps (?). Maybe meant to hold something together? No numbers or company names.
Answer: They are pole mount adapters for security lights. I used to have a couple as they were given out for free by the city.

Answer: It ‘s a pulverizer you can plug to vacuum cleaner in reverse mode. I use this when I was young as paint sprayer.

Answer: “Maybe it’s for a dog kennel.”

Answer:“It’s probably boat insulation. Very similar to spray foam, except more dense to stop it from soaking up water.”
