98-year-old veteran sends strong message to Elon Musk by crushing Tesla with a tank
The dramatic moment was shared online by the hacker group Anonymous, known for their long-standing criticism of Elon Musk.
In the video, 98-year-old veteran Ken Turner uses a Sherman tank, reportedly from his WWII service, to crush a Tesla bearing a “FASCISM” license plate.
The act responded to Musk’s ties with far-right figures and reported role in Trump’s administration.

“I’m old enough to have seen fascism the first time around, now it’s coming back,” Turner details while sat in the cockpit of the tank.
“Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, is using his immense power to support the far-right in Europe, and his money comes from Tesla cars.
“Well, I’ve got this message for Mr Musk,” Turner continues.
“We’ve crushed fascism before, and we’ll crush it again. So let’s go, shall we?”

Social media reactions
The video drew passionate responses online. Supporters applauded Turner’s message, calling the moment “powerful” and “poetic.”
One user remarked: This proves that standing for justice knows no age limit.
Others praised Turner’s bravery, calling it a powerful stand against authoritarianism.
However, not everyone agreed with the method. Some critics argued that the destruction of an expensive vehicle could have been better directed.

The second user added: Imagine the difference that money could’ve made if donated.
The third user said: He bought a Tesla, which still benefits Musk.
The fourth user commented: Musk is laughing because said Tesla still needed to be purchased for this stunt.
Another user wrote: So foolish. His loss not Elon’s
Despite these critiques, many supporters felt the message outweighed the monetary value of the car.
