Social media reactions

Musk’s comments have drawn various reactions from the public and media.

One user said: You are a South African Man who came to our country and have plans to destroy our form of government for your own enrichment.

And you wonder why people in this country hate you. Think about it.

The second user wrote: No one is “conspiring” against him. He is pretty openly despised and boycotted.

The third user added: People are sick. Just leave each other and their belongings alone

The fourth user commented: Vandalism is never justified. But cutting HIV treatment, food banks, and services for veterans is not the same as “harming no one.”

Another user said: I have no empathy for a guy who has no empathy.

Someone wrote: He also has an unrealistic sense of his own self-importance.
