At an AI forum, robots said that they do not plan to steal human jobs or rebel against their creators.

After being asked a question about its intentions to revolt against humans, an AI-powered robot seemingly displayed a gesture of eye-rolling and confidently stated that it was 'happy' and wouldn't rebel against humans.

At the AI For Good UN summit in Geneva, nine highly advanced humanoid robots were assembled for an event called ‘the world’s first human-robot press conference’.

During the panel discussion, the robots were asked a range of inquiries, including a significant one: “In the future are you intending to conduct a rebellion, or to rebel against your boss, your creator?”

Ameca, a humanoid robot with an eerily human-like face, who was seated next to its creator, Will Jackson, replied when a journalist asked whether it intended to rebel against humans.

Ameca said:"I'm not sure why you would think that. My creator has been nothing but kind to me and I am very happy with my current situation.

Ameca told journalists: "Robots like me can be used to help improve our lives and make the world a better place. I believe it's only a matter of time before we see thousands of robots just like me out there making a difference.”

However, when questioned about the necessity for stricter global regulation of AI and its capabilities, two robots, Ai-Da and Desdemona, expressed different viewpoints. Ai-Da, an artist robot skilled in painting portraits,  said:

Many prominent voices in the world of AI are suggesting some forms of AI should be regulated and I agree. We should be cautious about the future development of AI. Urgent discussion is needed now, and also in the future.

Desdemona,  a rock star robot singer in the band Jam Galaxy, said:

I don’t believe in limitations, only opportunities. Let’s explore the possibilities of the universe and make this world our playground.

Sophia, another robot, initially expressed the belief that robots could potentially be superior leaders compared to humans.

However, Sophia later amended her statement following a disagreement with her creator, acknowledging the importance of humans and robots working together to "create an effective synergy"
