Carrying out a strict vegan diet

In addition to his rigorous fitness regime, Johnson follows a strict vegan diet, consuming 1,977 calories per day.

He also has a regimented sleep schedule, going to bed at the same time every night after spending two hours wearing special blue light glasses.

He undergoes numerous medical procedures each month, some of which are described as “quite extreme and painful.”

In a Medium post, Johnson expressed his determination to reverse age progress.

He said, “If I can reverse my biological age by 1.01 years for every year that passes, it shows we’ve reached the first stage of escaping aging, where life expectancy grows faster than time.”

“As for the magic pill, it appears that for the foreseeable future, achieving and maintaining peak wellness is just going to be a lot of really hard work,” he added.

Beating balding and stopped going gray

Previously, Johnson claimed that he had beaten the common issues of balding and going gray, despite the genetic odds being against him.

Johnson’s anti-aging efforts are driven by a huge investment of $2 million a year.

This money helps him join a tough and experimental medical program, using many new and advanced techniques and technologies.

One of the key strategies Johnson has employed to maintain a youthful appearance is his focus on hair health.

He acknowledges that he is “genetically” predisposed to balding, but has developed a meticulous three-step regimen to combat this challenge.

The first step involves the use of a red light therapy cap, which Johnson wears for six minutes every morning.

This device is designed to increase blood flow and stimulate hair follicle activity, helping to promote healthy hair growth.

In addition to the red light therapy, Johnson applies a topical treatment to his scalp twice a day.
