Warren works in marketing and is committed to Kayla. 

After just nine months together, they are determined to explore the limits of longevity.

Their daily regimen starts with mind and body optimization using Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy, followed by a morning workout and a sunlit walk. 

They focus on preparing organic homemade meals for breakfast and lunch.

To support cell repair and enhance overall health, they also engage in cold water immersions and use a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber.

To wind down, the couple takes evening strolls, engages in sauna sessions, and retires by 9 p.m.

This goal is much longer than the average American lifespan of 76 years. 

The entrepreneur explained: “We will try and simplify their lives and focus on no screen time, playing outdoors, getting dirty, being in nature and the sun,

“I am excited to teach them the beauty and power of well-grown food and how it can make them feel incredible. 

We want to empower them to make the right choices and lead by example.”

I think community is one of the reasons we live the longest.
