According to Daily Mail,  The Titanic Five met their fate instantaneously as the craft experienced a "catastrophic implosion" approximately 1,600 feet from the bow of the sunken liner. 

Described as "true explorers" by the dive operation company, the five individuals who perished on the Titan submersible were noted to possess a shared spirit of adventure, according to a statement issued by OceanGate.

The fatal incident, believed to be a result of a catastrophic implosion, occurred as determined by the US Coast Guard.

The cause of the Titan's destruction was a supposed 'catastrophic implosion' 1,600ft from the bow of the wrecked liner.  According to a navy official who spoke to CBS News, "an acoustic anomaly consistent with an implosion" and exactly shortly after the Titan lost contact with the surface.

Rear Admiral John Mauger of the US Coast Guard, who is leading the search for Titan, said "The debris is consistent with a catastrophic loss of the pressure chamber. Upon this determination, we immediately notified the families".

According to the researcher, it is difficult and with little prospect of recovering any of their remains. Paul Hankin, who is an expert specializing in deep-sea exploration, said: "I don't have an answer for prospects at this time'.

OceanGate expeditions shared: "Our hearts go out to these 5 souls and every member of their family through this tragic time."

On June 18, a Titan submersible carrying five people began to tour the wreck of the Titanic at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean, the press release reported.

However, the submersible lost its signal while diving into the ocean. Five people were confirmed missing on the Titan submersible, including British billionaire Hamish Harding, French expert Paul Henri Nagiolet, OceanGate Expeditions founder Stockton Rush, Pakistani businessman Shah Hezada Daoud and his son Suleiman.
