Video footage shows her shouting loudly, causing panic among other travelers. Many were left in disbelief as they watched the scene unfold.
The crew quickly responded to the situation, trying to calm her down.
They approached her and attempted to use handcuffs to ensure the safety of everyone on board. However, the passenger resisted their efforts.

Her cries of alarm only added to the fear in the cabin, as other passengers looked on in shock.
The passenger was arrested after her wild behavior on the flight
As the situation escalated, the crew decided to move her to the galley, which is the area where food and drinks are prepared.
There, they were finally able to restrain her properly. After securing her, they strapped her into her seat to prevent any further disturbances.
This was necessary to ensure the safety of the crew and the other passengers.
Once the flight safely landed at Viracopos Airport, the police were waiting for her.
Brazilian media reported that the woman was arrested as soon as the plane came to a stop.
She was taken into custody for her disruptive behavior during the flight.
Azul Airlines later released a statement regarding the incident.
They confirmed that the woman posed a risk to both the crew and the other passengers.
The airline emphasized that they follow strict safety standards and train their staff to handle disruptive situations like this one.
The crew is well-prepared to manage difficult passengers to ensure a safe and pleasant flying experience for everyone.
“An undisciplined customer was immobilized during the journey, as she was a risk to the crew and other customers,” Azul Airline stated.
“This company follows the highest safety standards and regulations of national and international authorities.
“In addition, we periodically conduct training with staff at airports, including aircrews and pilots, in order to prepare them to deal with disruptive customers,” the statement continued.
On social media, many people expressed their disbelief at the woman’s actions.
Some pointed out the potential danger her behavior could have caused, not just to herself but to everyone on the flight.
