These words are reportedly linked to a recent violent crime involving another individual, Luigi Mangione, who is accused of killing an insurance CEO.

Briana’s choice of words alarmed the insurance company staff, prompting them to report the incident.

After the call, the FBI was informed, and they quickly instructed the local police to take action.

FBI arrested the woman after her threatening claims to the insurance company

After she confessed, the authorities arrested Briana and charged her with making threats against the insurance company.

The police took her remarks seriously, especially given the current climate surrounding threats of violence.

Lakeland Police Chief Sam Taylor emphasized that making such threats is unacceptable.

“She’s been in this world long enough that she certainly should know better that you can’t make threats like that in the current environment that we live in and think that we’re not going to follow up and put you in jail.”

Speaking of her phrasing, he added: “She readily admitted that, ‘Yeah that’s exactly what I said but I didn’t mean anything by it’.

“Well, you don’t get to pull that back after you say it.”

The judge deemed Briana’s $100,000 bond appropriate due to the serious nature of the threat.

Her lawyer, Jim Headley, requested her release, citing her clean record and family responsibilities.

“My client is 42, married mother of three. Never had any criminal charges or convictions.

“May you release her on her own recognizance.”
