During his speech, Brody praised his girlfriend, Georgina Chapman. He also acknowledged Chapman’s two children from her marriage to Weinstein.
Brody said: “Dash and India [Weinstein’s children], I know it’s been a roller coaster, but thank you for accepting me into your life.”
Speaking about his partner, he added: “I share this with my amazing partner Georgina, who has not only reinvigorated my self-worth but also my sense of value and my values.”

Chapman filed for divorce in 2017 after Weinstein was accused of sexual assault.

Weinstein is currently serving a 16-year prison sentence for two counts of sexual assault and one count of rape. In April 2024, New York’s highest court overturned his 2020 rape conviction.
