However, if we like watching funny or heartwarming videos about animals, this particular video may disturb those who are not fond of certain animal behaviors.
The video was shared on X, showing the stock engaged in stone-cold brutality, leaving viewers outraged. But it is claimed that there are heartbreaking moments with a reason behind their actions.

However, there are important reasons lead to the mother stork's cruel behavior.
Now, watching the video again, we spot that the stork mother chose to give up her baby by throwing it out of the nest, but still, the fortunate baby survives alongside its mother.
Regarding the 'cruel' actions of the stork mother, the ecologist, Piotr Zieliński, explained this heartbreaking moment.
He explained that the bird uses the tactic of giving up these babies as a way to preserve a large number of babies by offering some as sacrifices when they are in danger.
Zieliński explained that both ‘Black and White Storks were observed practicing facultative parental infanticide’.
The mother stork was compelled to remove one of her babies from the nest to ensure the highest survival chances for the others.
Her behavior toward her mother's stork has inclined her to be more forgiving.
The video was shared by @TerrifyingNature on X, leaving numerous viewers heartbroken when they witnessed the 'cruelty' of the stork mother as she gave up her chick to increase the survival chances of the other babies. However, another viewer argued that the stork mother isn't doing it willingly; she is forced to protect her baby."
