Kanye West's latest album, "Vultures," is REMOVED from Apple Music just five days after its debut, leaving several fans shocked.

Kanye West's new album Vultures has faced a swift removal from Apple Music five days after its initial release on the platform.

On TikTok, his daughter North posted the album's track "Carnival," which held the top position on the Top 100: Global chart on this platform, but it was later deleted.

The incident caused discussion among his fans and parked debate on social media.

Why Kanye West's latest album was removed? 

Accroding to Billboard, Vultures 1 distributor removed Kanye West's new album after the information said that Kanye had reportedly uploaded it to various platforms without permission. 

The streaming issues began earlier in the week, with Spotify removing the track "Good (Don't Die)" due to alleged "copyright infringement" claims made by Donna Summer’s estate.

So, Kanye West's debut album "Vultures" was swiftly removed just five days after its release. Apple Music deleted it due to copyright infringement issues.

FUGA released a statement, revealing that a client had delivered the album "Vultures 1" through their automated processes on February 9, 2024, violating their service agreement. Consequently, FUGA collaborates with its digital service provider (DSP) partners and the client to remove "Vultures 1" from their systems.

The distributor, FUGA, said in a statement today: 'FUGA is actively working with its DSP partners and the client to remove Vultures 1 from our systems.'

Currently, the album remains accessible on Spotify, although "Good (Don’t Die)" is unplayable on the platform.

This development occurred shortly after Kanye and his collaborator Ty Dolla Sign were announced as headliners for the Rolling Loud music festival on March 14 in Inglewood, CA. Additionally, accusations from Donna Summer's estate emerged, claiming Kanye used a sample of her song without consent in "Good (Don't Die)."

Marshall stated on the I AM ATHLETE podcast, '[Kanye] was trying to leverage her celebrity,' Marshall said on the I AM ATHLETE podcast. '[So] Taylor Swift gets p****d off. She boom boom makes a call or two. Everybody's involved. He gets kicked out of the stadium.'

During his appearance on The Paper Route podcast, former wide receiver Brandon Marshall disclosed the events surrounding the alleged incident.

However, it's completely rumor

Initially confusing Swift with Katy Perry, Marshall's error led to the dissemination of information suggesting that Taylor Swift was responsible for Kanye West's removal from the stadium at the Super Bowl.

He told his co-hosts: "Kanye West pulls up to Vegas.

"Kanye West buys a ticket right in front of Katy Perry’s booth, so any time they were going to be showing Katy Perry [on television] Kanye’s face was going to be there."

Marshall then corrected himself to confirm he meant Swift and not the 'Roar' singer, saying: "My bad. Sorry, [I meant] in front of Taylor Swift's booth.

"[...] He’s got a mask on with his logo on the mask - typical Kanye. Taylor Swift gets pissed off, she boom boom makes a call or two. Everybody’s involved. He gets kicked out the stadium!"

A rep for the rapper told TMZ: "This is a completely fabricated rumor. It is not true."
