This revelation has shocked viewers, and many have expressed their gratitude to him because his sharing could save lives.

One person said: Well, thanks to my lifelong phobia of public toilets I make sure I won't have to use them. A personal good luck with my organs...

A second disagreed: You won't catch HIV from that - it requires infected body fluids to be put inside your body. Wiping your butt with a bit of toilet paper will not do it.

A third wrote: We are in the UK and call them toilets - not bathrooms or restrooms. (I'm from the US and even I know that, so the DM certainly should!!) Also, those large toilet roll dispensers are covered up and can only be opened with a key that the cleaner/staff has.

Someone else wrote: Right, that's it for me now, I'll drip dry from henceforth if I don't have my own tissue, I try to avoid using public toilets anyway.

Another said: I walk through a shopping center daily on my way to work, and there has been blood on the door handles for at least a month that hasn't been cleaned. Makes me wonder what other nasties are on the handles.

I would also call the paps if I ever found usable public toilets, with even toilet paper available! That's a sight mist people haven't seen for a long time! Another added.
