McDonald’s has officially brought back its famous McRib burger after removing it from the menu 10 years ago.

Available for $5.89 on its own or as part of a medium extra value meal for $8.12, the McRib will be back for a limited time starting on October 16.
This follows McDonald’s earlier launch of the limited edition Grimace Shake.
Like the McRib, it gained a lot of customer attention.
The purple shakes, offered on a first-come, first-served basis, quickly sold out across the UK within days of their release from August 28 to September 3.

We have heard our fans loud and clear – the fan petitions and pleas on social – and after almost a decade of anticipation, we are thrilled to bring back this iconic menu item.
“Knowing how well-loved the McRib is, we had very little choice – we had to make it happen.
It was time to step up and satisfy the cravings of McRib enthusiasts across the country,” he boldly stated.
