Over the past few years, Michael Jackson's youngest son, born Prince Michael Jackson II, has completely reinvented himself, embracing a new name and settling into an upscale new residence.
Blanket, as he was affectionately nicknamed, gained recognition as he was frequently spotted in public with a throw over his face to protect his identity.
When Blanket was 7, his famous father passed away. At that time, he was raised by his grandmother Katherine Jackson, alongside his elder siblings Prince and Paris.
However, in recent years, Blanket appears to be moving on with his life. He left behind his childhood nickname and adopted the name Bigi.
After he turned 18, Blanket is believed to have followed his siblings' lead and moved out of the family home.
In 2020, a close source revealed that he had bought his first house - a luxurious mansion located in Calabasas, California.
The mansion property, costing around £2 million, features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a spacious swimming pool, as well as celebrity neighbors like Kim Kardashian.
However, he's not strayed far from home, as his grandmother Katherine reportedly resides in another gated community nearby.
While he has ducked out of the spotlight in recent years, Blanket has expressed his thoughts on following in his father's show business footsteps. During a 2012 interview for the Jacksonology: Our Story documentary, he admitted he "can't sing or dance," but has dreams of becoming a director.
He said: "Sometimes I would go in his [my dad's] room while he was getting ready for something and watch.
"He was a good dancer, he was a very good dancer. I can't dance or sing...
"I'm not that kind of person who sings and dances...
"When I grow up I want to be a director because it's fun, and I make little movies when I'm at my house with cousins and friends and different things.
Last year, Bigi made a special appearance on a segment of Good Morning Britain. His all-new reinvention has received an outpouring of support and admiration from numerous fans.
