According to Daily Mail, a mother, Hannah Levine, 30, reveals a ‘hack’ to avoid washing up plates by dumping an entire spaghetti dinner on the kitchen table for her children.
She then posted a video on social media, which quickly went viral. In the footage, she followed the instruction to 'put dinner on the table' while serving spaghetti to her 10-year-old daughter, Willow, and son, Oakley.
She put the spaghetti, meatballs, and Bolognese sauce directly onto the middle of the tablecloth.
Her daughter, 10-year-old, Willow, asked: “What are you doing?” Meanwhile, her younger sibling stared at the heap of food in front of them.
After that, they eagerly started devouring the food, even abandoning their knives and forks. Additionally, the family's three Yorkshire Terriers also clambered onto the table, eager to partake in the unconventional feast.
Ms. Levine shared more about the unique meal, which is completely vegan and costs around £10. She puts away the meal in just 30 seconds and doesn't need to do the dishes. She thinks it's a helpful suggestion to encourage children to eat more.
She said: "It was a joke really. I told my husband dinner was ready and he said "Chuck it on the table and I'll be there in a minute" so I did,'
'They [my kids] loved it and in the end, gave up with cutlery and it was a free for all.'
Upon tipping their tea all over the table, she revealed that her family what she was going to do, and they thought she was having a 'breakdown'.
She added 'When I put the sauce on the table, I think my daughter thought I was having a breakdown. My son was questioning why there weren't any plates.'
She posted about her hilarious activity on her Facebook account, which drew mixed reviews.
While some say it looks "fun", others say it's dirty and damage their health.
Many people even criticize lazy mothers for not washing dishes after meals, which will cause children to develop this habit.
Many people even think that doing so is a waste.
Hannard, however, rejected the dishes, saying the chore was convenient and "easy to clean" - although she won't be doing it herself again.
