The internet was left guessing after Musk’s son X whispered to Trump
Elon Musk’s four-year-old son, X Æ A-12, made headlines during a visit to the White House. The toddler’s unexpected comments to former President Donald Trump sparked widespread speculation online.
Musk, 53, attended the meeting with Trump, 78, to discuss government efficiency. While Musk addressed reporters, X leaned toward Trump and appeared to whisper something. Internet users quickly analyzed the footage, claiming X said, “I want you to shut your mouth up.”
Online users debate X’s words and actions
On social media, many social media users insisted the toddler included a curse word in his statement.
In the comment selection, some speculated he said, “I want you to shut your f***ing mouth up.”
A second wrote: He said “ what are you doing in my dads chair”
While a third commented: He told him to “shut his mouth”. He said “you’re not the president”.
Another added: He told chump that his dad would replace him with a bot
X caught in an embarrassing moment during White House visit
X also made faces at the cameras and was allegedly caught picking his nose.
A hot mic seemed to capture him telling Trump, “You are not the president. You need to go away.”
The reactions flooded social media. “THAT KID TOLD HIM HE’S NOT PRESIDENT… WONDER WHERE HE HEARD THAT FROM,” one user wrote. Others suggested children only repeat what they hear at home. “He definitely said it,” another commented with laughing emojis.
Cocern over X’s presence in the oval office
Some users were more disturbed by X’s presence in the White House. “How is this the reality? It’s so scary,” one wrote. Another added, “WHY is the kid in the Oval Office????”
Musk continued discussing government efficiency while Trump mostly listened. The executive order aimed to reduce government employees significantly.
Trump avoided signing it on camera, allowing Musk and his son to dominate the moment.
Musk took the opportunity to criticize government spending. He pointed out how some bureaucrats earn modest salaries yet accumulate massive wealth.
“Maybe they’re very good at investing, in which case we should take their investment advice,” he joked.
When asked about critics of his government involvement, Musk laughed. “I have detractors? I don’t believe it,” he said sarcastically. He then defended Trump’s administration, claiming the public voted for major government reform.
Grimes also responds to X’s unexpected appearance
Following the event, singer Grimes, X’s mother, expressed frustration. She had not been aware of her son’s White House appearance.
“He should not be in public like this. I did not see this, thank u for alerting me,” she wrote.
Grimes, whose real name is Claire Boucher, has distanced herself from Musk.
While, she previously described Musk’s public involvement of their son as “a personal tragedy of mine.”
In a separate post, she criticized the lack of leadership in politics. “The purpose of politics is to find solutions when people can’t agree. Instead, both sides have stoked hysteria rather than provide mature, competent leadership.”
