Nestled at the northern edge of the main southern island, Wharariki Beach harbors the now-famous cave that has sparked conversations among locals.
Glenda Kyle, the off-site booking manager at Wharariki Beach Holiday Park, shared this with The Washington Post.
She mentioned that inquiries about the campgrounds often lead to the reference, “Have you seen the mesmerizing beach image on Windows 10?”
Kyle explained that upon people confirming they have seen the photo, she responds, “Well, that is the beach [a 20-minute] walk from our park.”
