Yanis Terzis, a pilot from Campinas, Brazil, received special permission to paraglide over the Great Pyramid.

He used a paramotor, which is similar to a paraglider but has a powerful fan for propulsion, and captured stunning footage.

He attached a GoPro Hero 10 to his helmet to record the flight. Yanis explained that while most pilots fly high for safety, he preferred to fly closer to the ground for better shots.

“I like to get a little bit risky on my flights,” Yanis said. “It gives amazing shots and videos.” During his flight, Yanis was able to touch the tip of the pyramid with his foot. He described the experience as a moment he would “remember for the rest of [his] life.”
