Recently, Donald Trump has been in the spotlight for accusations regarding his golf game.
Several Hollywood stars have publicly claimed that the president does not play by the rules.
This has led to the emergence of a new nickname for him: “Commander in Cheat.”
The situation emphasizes both his passion for golf and the controversies surrounding his behavior on the course.

Trump owns numerous golf properties across the world.
Donald Trump is known for his love of golf. He owns a total of 12 golf properties across the United States, along with additional courses in Scotland, Ireland, and the United Arab Emirates.
Golfing has been a significant part of his life, and he often spends time on the green.
However, his golfing habits have come under scrutiny, especially during times of political tension.
Celebrities accuse Trump of golfing misbehavior
Recently, actor Samuel L. Jackson made headlines by accusing Trump of cheating while playing golf against him in 2016.
Jackson stated that he is confident in his golfing skills and does not cheat. “Oh, I am, for sure. I don’t cheat,” he brutally said.
He also mentioned that Trump’s style of play raises concerns among those who participate in the game.

This accusation has sparked further discussion about Trump’s conduct on the golf course.
Following Jackson’s comments, several other celebrities and sports figures have supported his claims.
Sports journalist Rick Reilly has been particularly vocal, describing Trump’s behavior as that of a “three-card monte dealer.”
Reilly noted that Trump is known for claiming credit for other players’ shots and manipulating the game to his advantage.
“Trump doesn’t just cheat at golf. He cheats like a three-card monte dealer,” Reilly raged at the time. “He throws it, boots it and moves it.”

The impact of cheating allegations
The nickname “Commander in Cheat” has gained traction, especially after Reilly published a book about his experiences playing golf with Trump.
In the book, he details the various ways Trump allegedly cheats during the game.
Reilly expressed his disappointment, stating that such behavior damages the integrity of the sport.
He also criticized Trump for how he represents the United States in the golfing community.
“As a golfer he really offends me. Cheating? Hate that.
“Driving carts on greens? Hate that. Wearing old dockers two sizes too small for him? Give me a break.
“Kicking your ball so often the caddies call you Pelé? I so hate that.”

He continued: “Most of all I hate how stupid he’s making my country look. I hate what he’s doing to my planet.
“I hate what he’s doing to kids at the border. And I don’t mind Republicans, just can’t stand this guy.”
Reilly continued: “I love golf, and he has set the game back 30 years. Just when it was becoming cool with Rory McIlroy and Rickie Fowler we get this fat bozo cheating his ass off.”
“I mis-hit a ball – it hooked a little left about 20 yards,” he recalled during a 2016 appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers.
“I could not find my ball in this trash. Trump’s ball had the fluffiest lie in the middle of the fairway.
“Like I say, I didn’t see Trump cheat because he was on the tee-box with me, but his ball was right there in the middle of the fairway.”
