The claim centers around allegations that she knowingly concealed the severity of President Joe Biden’s health issues, particularly his recent cancer diagnosis.
Leo Terrell, senior counsel in the Justice Department and ex-Fox contributor, made accusations on social media, saying ‘Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??’
His posts suggested Jill Biden actively hid the president’s condition, sparking political and public debate.

Terrell’s online posts included a striking photograph of Dr. Jill Biden sitting at President Biden’s desk aboard Air Force One.
The message accused her of knowing about Biden’s health issues yet still pushing him to run for president.
The tone of the posts was harsh, painting the First Lady as “evil” for allegedly prioritizing political ambitions over her husband’s well-being.
‘She knew about President Biden’s health problems. But still wanted him to run for President. Evil,’ the shared message read.
These accusations were echoed by Terrell’s supporters, many of whom reposted his messages with their own condemnations.
One comment labeled elder abuse and domestic violence, demanding Jill Biden explain her role in deceiving Americans and taxpayers.
‘Elder abuse is a form of domestic violence and Dr. Biden has a lot of explaining to do about her part in defrauding the American people and taxpayers,’ wrote one supporter whom Terrell reposted.
‘I would never wish Joe Biden physical harm despite my personal political views; too bad his own family compromised his wellbeing.’
Criticism targets medical and family oversight.
Many of the criticisms were not limited to Jill Biden alone but extended to the former president’s medical team and close family.
Some supporters expressed outrage that medical professionals allegedly failed to detect the aggressive prostate cancer earlier.
‘His medical team should have caught this years ago! Shame on Jill & all who turned their heads & ignored this!’ wrote another supporter reposted by Terrell.
Others suggested that the president’s family, including the First Lady, turned a blind eye to his declining health.
One supporter described Jill Biden as “power hungry” and accused her of subjecting the president to humiliation and ridicule.
‘Imagine if you will, a woman so power hungry and evil that she would submit her husband, suffering w/ dementia to ridicule, jokes, and humiliation,’ read another image reposted by Terrell.
Another follower claimed she was motivated by greed and prestige, hinting at hidden financial motives and even suggesting a covert “slush fund.”
‘She is GREEDY,’ another Terrell follower wrote. ‘She wanted the prestige. I’m sure someone paid her well, you know a slush fund. Someone knew he would be able to call the shots, hmmm 3rd term.’
‘Yes, she allowed him, her husband who she should be concerned about especially with the stress of cancer and allowed millions of people to come into the country,’ another reposted message read.
‘It’s always the cover-up! Americans do not like liars!’ Terrell added.
Trump Jr. also sparked debate after questioning Biden’s official timeline and diagnosis
He speculated on social media about a Biden family cover-up and questioned how advanced cancer went undetected for so long.
‘What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer or is this yet another coverup???’ the president’s son wrote on X.
Trump Jr. noted prostate cancer is usually detectable and said metastasis typically takes years of treatment to develop.
He questioned claims made by Biden that he had cancer for only two years, implying the situation had been concealed much longer.
‘Joe says he had cancer 2 years ago and everyone said it’s a gaffe,’ he wrote on X.
‘When he clearly had dementia, everyone said he’s lucid. Now that he’s no longer useful they’re all shocked that they missed it.’
His comments referenced Biden’s 2022 speech, where the president linked his cancer to environmental pollution.
Trump Jr. suggested this was dismissed at the time as a “gaffe.”
