She described “charred spinach with BBQ sauce” and a fermented potato skin with more “disgusting BBQ sauce,” comparing them to a “makeup wipe.”
She also mentioned “old bucatini” and a “churro” that turned out to be uncooked plantain.
The total bill for this troubling meal was around $975 for Meltzer and her party.
