On social media, In a TikTok video posted by waitress Kate, she compared the behavior of two groups of customers.
The first group was a table of Boomers, while the second was a group of Gen Zers.
The Gen Z group made an effort to clean up their table before leaving.
They stacked their plates and cups neatly at the edge of the table, with the leftover trash on top.
In contrast, the older generation left their table messy, with half-eaten meals, napkins, and crumbs scattered around. They did not attempt to tidy up or help with cleaning.
Kate’s video pointed out the contrast in politeness and respect between the two generations.
