Farrell’s wife, explained what happened afterward following the incident involving the Jane’s Addiction singer.
Wife of Jane’s Addiction singer , Etty Lau took to Instagram to shed light on the events following the altercation.
She described Farrell as being visibly distressed.
She said: “Dave still looked handsome and cool in the middle of a fight. Perry was a crazed beast for the next half an hour – he finally did not calm down, but did break down and cried and cried.”
Lau also mentioned that Eric Avery, the band’s bassist, might have exacerbated the situation.
According to Lau, Avery either misunderstood the concept of de-escalation or took advantage of the moment.
