A woman found herself unable to occupy her own room for three days after discovering a disgusting thing in her vacuum cleaner.
Everyone needs to tidy up their house, and using a vacuum cleaner is an effective way to maintain a clean environment. However, instead of the usual dust and debris, no one would expect to unintentionally vacuum up a massive spider.
TikTok user @lucetteromy shared a video showing what she found when she'd been vacuuming her room. She diligently vacuumed behind the cushions, only to make a startling discovery when inspecting the contents of the vacuum cleaner: a funnel-web spider.
She explained that funnel-web spiders are venomous to humans, with the potential to cause death within as little as 15 minutes if the victim is a child.
She narrated her experience, saying:
"And I vacuumed behind the cushion that was on my floor and sucked up a funnel-web spider, which is one of the most deadly spiders in the world.
"This is a pretty big one, it was just in my bedroom. I hysterically cried for about an hour and didn't sleep in my room for three days, so that's on Australia."
In the background of the video, her reactions were audible as she exclaimed, 'oh my god this is the most f**king terrifying thing ever' and wondering 'What do I do'.
