Below the video, numerous people also complained about the rising prices at fast-food chains, while others left comments discussing the quality of the food and drinks at Five Guys.

One person said: I took my child there for lunch recently. Was appalled by the total bill. We will not be returning.

A second wrote: I took my kids as well and spent $86 for our meals. It was decent food but I won’t be back. At the end of the day, it’s a fast-food burger joint. I can go to a fancy restaurant and get better food for that price.

While a third commented: $42 is not that much more than Mcdonald’s would charge more for a similar crappy meal

Another added: They have the worst hamburgers and as bad as Micky D’s. All of their food is nasty. If you want a really good hamburger go to Wood Ranch, it may be expensive but they are so good.

Five Guys isn’t the only fast-food chain whose prices have customers complaining.

In a recent viral TikTok video, a McDonald’s customer expressed dissatisfaction after being charged $16 for a burger, fries, and soda.
