Their daily regimen starts with mind and body optimization using Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy, followed by a morning workout and a sunlit walk.

They focus on preparing organic homemade meals for breakfast and lunch.

To support cell repair and enhance overall health, they also engage in cold water immersions and use a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber.

To wind down, the couple takes evening strolls, engages in sauna sessions, and retires by 9 p.m.

The entrepreneur explained: “We will try and simplify their lives and focus on no screen time, playing outdoors, getting dirty, being in nature and the sun,

“I am excited to teach them the beauty and power of well-grown food and how it can make them feel incredible.

We want to empower them to make the right choices and lead by example.”

Social media reactions

On social media, many users expressed their thoughts about the couple’s daily routine.

Some admired their dedication to health, while others found their methods extreme.

A few users shared their own tips for healthy living, encouraging a balanced approach.

Others questioned whether such a strict routine is sustainable long-term.

This life is short, do good for others and work hard for your afterlife, one user said.

I think community is one of the reasons we live the longest.

Countries like Italy and Japan with strong community and family values and my friend’s Chinese grandmother lived to 110 and only died a couple of weeks ago, the second user commented.

Why would anyone actually want to live past 80?

If they spent some time looking after elderly relatives or visiting a care home, they would change their minds, the third user commented.

You can try all you want. It’s really God’s decision how long you live, someone said.
