Meanwhile, three survivors, namely Emerson Newquist, 18-year-old Bella Ramirez, and another 17-year-old girl, managed to survive the crash.
Based on reports, it has been revealed that the driver, Moheb Samuel, had a prior history of driving under the influence (DUI) and may have been operating the Tesla with a suspended license.
