The man breaks into a coworker’s home to perform an ‘exorcism’

Robert Nalker, 38, was charged with felony residential entry and criminal mischief.

He forced his way into a female colleague’s home around 1:20 am on June 11 in Indiana.

The Avon Police Department received a frantic call about a burglary in progress, reporting a man breaking in and yelling uncontrollably.

Upon arrival, the victim informed the police that her coworker, known as Robbie, was not supposed to be in her house.

Before entering the home, officers ordered Nalker to leave, but he responded strangely, saying, “I lost my sunglasses too.”

When Nalker emerged from the house, he was covered in blood and claimed, “I had to break in the window. I have to do an exorcism here tonight.”

Inside, officers found a trail of blood from the window to the kitchen.

Nalker allegedly damaged his coworker’s entertainment system and tried to write a message in blood on the projector screen but only managed to write the letter ‘R’.

A bloody CD and its case were discovered on the kitchen island by the Avon police.

The man affirmed that his coworker was possessed

While being taken into custody, Nalker repeatedly insisted to the police that “she hasn’t been stabbed” and “she’s possessed”, referring to his female coworker.

He even asked the officers to enter the house and “play track 3 to save her”.

Nalker arrived at his colleague’s house in his 2005 white Toyota Prius and broke a window to perform an exorcism on his coworker.

Chick-fil-A Worker and Coworker had a longstanding relationship before the incident

The male suspect and female victim had a longstanding work relationship spanning over 20 years.

The victim disclosed that Nalker had been sending strange texts warning her about using Spotify before the break-in.

After the incident, medics quickly transported Robert to Hendricks Regional Health in Danville for a mental health assessment.

He was later hospitalized due to concerns about his mental well-being.
