In a heartfelt Instagram post, Raygun revealed the profound impact the online abuse has had on her. She described the experience as “pretty devastating” after her disappointing performance.
Moreover, she called for an end to the harassment of herself, her friends, and her family, urging for privacy and respect.
She said: ‘In regards to the allegations and misinformation floating around, I’d like to ask everyone to please refer to the recent statement made by the AOC as well as the posts on the Ausbreaking Instagram page as well as the WDSF breaking for gold page.
‘I’m going to be in Europe for a few weeks, for some pre-planned downtime but I would really like to ask the press to please stop harassing my family, my friends, the Australian breaking community and the broader street dance community. Everyone has been through a lot as a result of this, so I ask you to still respect their privacy.

The petition demands accountability and transparency regarding Gunn’s selection process.
It also calls for scrutiny of the role played by Paris chef de mission Anna Meare.
The petition alleges that Gunn manipulated the selection process, although no concrete evidence has been provided to support these claims.
Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) chief Matt Carroll has condemned the petition as “appalling” and lacking factual basis.
He urged people to refer to the AOC’s statements and official posts for accurate information.
