“One thing I’ve looked at is the underground base, city infrastructure and transportation system that’s been built,” she said.

In a lengthy interview with The Tucker Carlson Show, Fitts discussed financial irregularities, underground bases, and secret transportation systems.

She referenced $21 trillion in “undocumentable adjustments” discovered in federal budgets between 1997 and 2015.

Fitts told Carlson she has investigated evidence of a hidden network of bases and transport hubs built without public oversight.

Additionally, she believed these secrect et facilities are located across the U.S.. It possibly extended into surrounding ocean territory.

Fitts hired a researcher from 2021 to 2023 to investigate claims about secret government construction and spending.

Their joint research pointed to the existence of *170 underground bases* scattered throughout the United States and under nearby waters.

Additionally, she believes these facilities are linked by hidden transportation systems. It used for secretive or emergency government operations.

Additionally, she also hinted the facilities may support secret space missions requiring hidden platforms far from public view or enemy surveillance.

Tucker Carlson responded that such developments were “not a good sign” and could reflect deeper issues within U.S. government policy.

$21 Trillion in missing f0unds linked to 2017 report

The foundation for Fitts’ claim stems from a 2017 investigation by economist Mark Skidmore at Michigan State University.

Skidmore partnered with Fitts after hearing her mention a report about $6.5 trillion in undocumented Army spending in 2015.

He became intrigued and chose to examine the claim further.

Together, they began digging into government financial records.

In 2015, the Army had a budget of $122 billion.

“Given the Army’s $122 billion budget, that meant unsupported adjustments were 54 times spending authorized by Congress.”

Yet, the unsupported adjustments amounted to 54 times what Congress had authorized.

In a Forbes column, economist Laurence Kotlikoff wrote that such unchecked expenditures violate constitutional and legislative rules.

Economist Laurence Kotlikoff wrote at the time in a column for Forbes: “The ongoing occurrence and gargantuan nature of unsupported, i.e., undocumented,

U.S. federal government expenditures as well as sources of funding for these expenditures should be a great concern to all tax payers.

The claim of a US secret underground city built with $21 trillion in missing government funds has triggered serious concern.
