The relationship between Harry Potter author JK Rowling and the film's famous stars has escalated.

JK Rowling's recent statement has caused a stir in the entertainment industry after declaring that she will never forgive Harry Potter stars Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe.

The author's claim originates from the stars' support for trans rights amidst JK's refusal to accept the LGBT community's existence.

Rowling was accused of discriminating against the LGBT community.

Rowling's point about transgender rights became clear in June 2020 when she appeared to mock efforts to promote inclusivity for the transgender community.

She shared a link to an article discussing equality for people who menstruate and commented, questioning the term "'People who menstruate'" and suggesting alternative words like "Wumben? Wimpund? Woomud?"

In response to the backlash she faced, both Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe, who played significant roles in the Harry Potter film series, expressed their support for the transgender community.

Harry Potter stars Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe offered their apologies to transgender community on Rowling's behalf.

On his social media platform, Radcliffe offered an apology for the pain caused by Rowling's comments and wrote an essay for The Trevor, an LGBTQ+ organization.

Similarly, Watson also reassured her trans followers that she and others around the world see, respect, and love them for who they are.

In addition to Watson and Radcliffe, several other actors of the film such as Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort, Rupert Grint as Ron, Harry Melling as Dudley Dursley, and Evanna Lynch as Luna Lovegood also spoke out in support of the transgender community.

However, Rowling's recent comments make it clear that she is unwavering in her choice not to forgive Watson and Radcliffe.

In response to a social media user suggesting a public apology from the actors, Rowling asserted that they should keep their apologies for their own.

"Not safe, I'm afraid," JK Rowling said.

Rowling firmly affirmed in her online post that celebrities supported a movement aiming to undermine the rights women fought hard for.

They used their influence to promote the transitioning of minors and should direct their apologies toward traumatized detransitioners and women who depend on gender-segregated spaces.

The author has made her position evident in the past, refusing to change her use of gender pronouns for trans individuals and stating that she would not delete posts referring to a person's biological sex.

Rowling even emphasized that she always be ready to face imprisonment rather than comply with using a trans person's preferred pronouns.

After the controversial claim, representatives for Rowling declined to provide a statement on the matter.
