A passenger is still in shock after a fellow flyer projectile vomited on her, describing it as a horrifying experience.
A recent flight on Delta Airlines took a shocking turn for one passenger.
Laura Juntgen was traveling with her daughter when a fellow flyer suddenly vomited on her.
This unexpected incident left Juntgen in disbelief and seeking answers from the airline.
Passenger criticizes Delta Airlines’ poor service after a fellow flyer projectile vomits on her
Laura and her daughter were on a flight returning home from New York. They were seated near a storage area at the back of the plane.
As the airplane prepared for takeoff, a male passenger stood up, apparently trying to get to the restroom.
A flight attendant asked him to return to his seat, but he refused to move.

Juntgen noticed that he had a strange look on his face. Before she could react, he began to cover his mouth. Unfortunately, it was too late.
He projectile vomited all over her and the cabin. The mess included “chunks and debris,” which splattered not only on her but also on the seat and armrest.
“The puke was gross, but the response by Delta was worse,” lamented Laura Juntgen.

The passenger vividly recounted the traumatic vomiting incident.
In a TikTok video that has gone viral, Juntgen described the horrifying moment.
She recalled how the vomit soaked her pants and that a waterfall of it covered the storage area.
“He covers his mouth to catch it, and it goes out the sides and showers down the right side of my body” recounted the aghast gal.
“And I’m not talking just like liquid, this is like chunks and debris like hitting me, going down my side, on my armrest, on my coat, on my seat.”
“My pants start getting wet because it’s seeping under my butt.”

Juntgen also mentioned that the flight attendants were not very helpful.
After the incident, one attendant came over with “two small towelettes and five cocktail napkins. “
This minimal response did little to help clean the mess. “I was left trying to clean myself with my bare hands,” she lamented.

Airline’s response to the incident
After the flight, Juntgen filed a complaint with Delta Airlines. She was unhappy with their handling of the situation.
In her TikTok video, she expressed her frustration with the airline’s response.
The airline offered her a $120 credit for her next flight, but she felt this was inadequate given the circumstances.
Juntgen waited a week for a follow-up from Delta. When she finally heard back, it was a standard response acknowledging her complaint but offering no further assistance.

She felt that the airline had not taken her concerns seriously.
“Keep that in mind when you book your next flight… You may need to clean bodily fluids off of your body with your bare hands,” Juntgen snarked in the caption.
“But don’t worry, they will credit your next flight $120 and tell you that gesture was already above and beyond.”
@laura.juntgen #puke #deltaairlines #vomit #vomiting #gross #accountability The puke was gross, but the response by Delta was worse. I did FINALLY have a chance to speak with a rep a few minutes after posting this video. I was told my complaint was filed and addressed, there was nothing more to do. I told her I wasn’t satisfied with the response and wanted to speak further. She said there was nothing more Delta could do. So keep that in mind when you book your next flight… You may need to clean bodily fluids off of your body with you bare hands. But don’t worry, they will credit your next flight $120 and tell you that gesture was already above and beyond.

The second user wrote: This should be considered a biohazard.
The third user commented: Never thought to use the barf bag??? Seems as if every day we read about disgusting behavior on airplanes.
Makes me happy I no longer have to fly as much as I did in my previous job.
The fourth user wrote: They could’ve paid for her to go to the hotel at EWR and take a quick shower and bought her a cheap outfit or something before taking off again.
Another user said: This event probably ruined her otherwise delightful in-flight meal experience.
Someone added: Absolutely gross.
