In a now-viral TikTok, Karoline Leavitt’s White House video unexpectedly featured actor Jason Isaacs, a vocal Trump critic, smiling behind the scenes in Washington, D.C.
The brief cameo came during influencer Kate Mackz’s tour of the White House, as she filmed a running interview with press secretary Leavitt near the West Wing.
After the interview, Mackz panned her camera to reveal the Harry Potter and The Patriot star standing casually nearby.
“Hi guys, look who we ran into,” Mackz said, pointing to Isaacs, who grinned and played along.

At one event, he reportedly met first responders and later referred to Trump as a “scumbag,” according to the Daily Beast.
In a March podcast appearance, Isaacs admitted concerns about working in the U.S. due to his outspoken political opinions.
He said he was advised to clean up his social media history to avoid issues with his visa while promoting The White Lotus.
In February, Isaacs also told MSNBC’s Morning Joe that his HBO character shares traits with Trump, calling him wealthy and self-centered.
