Biles revealed on Election Day that she was supporting Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee.
After Harris’ defeat, Biles seemed to call on Biden to take action in his final months as president.

Earlier in the day, Biles had expressed her disappointment. “We deserve better,” she wrote, followed by a broken heart emoji. She also shared a comment saying, “I’m SO sorry America.”
This isn’t the first time Biles has spoken out on politics this year. In August, she responded to comments from Trump during a June debate.
Trump had said that migrants were taking “Black jobs” and “Hispanic jobs” from Americans. Biles responded by writing, “I love my black job” in a post on X by singer Ricky Davila.
