'(I'm) facing homelessness from the end of the lease.'

The NRAS is designed to lower rental costs for individuals with lower incomes, allowing Jakki to pay around 20 percent less than the average market rental price.

However, the property changed ownership, prompting the new proprietors to withdraw it from the government scheme and list it on the open rental market to attract higher hire prices.

Below the video, there is a discussion among viewers.

While numerous users are expressing prayers for her due to the challenging financial situation, others are saying that the high cost of living makes it difficult for people with low incomes to pay rent.

One person said: yeesh all the landlord apologists in these comments. housing is a human right, i’m sorry you’re going through this lovely.
