This controversial $20 million sky mansion is unlike any other. Designed to replicate the White House, it boasts impressive features.

The mansion includes an infinity pool, a helipad, and vast gardens. Perched 400 feet above the ground, it occupies 40,000 square feet. However, the owner may never actually reside in this luxurious space.

Mallya fled India in 2010, abandoning debts exceeding $1 billion (£842 million).

He faces charges, including fraud, and relocated to the UK. As a result, he may never get to experience his extravagant home.

In 2022, British Security Minister Tom Tugendhat addressed Mallya’s extradition case. He emphasized that the UK would not become a haven for those evading justice. Mallya denies any wrongdoing.

Tugendhat stated, “We have legal processes that must be gone through. The UK government has no intention of becoming a place for those evading justice.”

There are rumors that Mallya has never even set foot inside it. Irfan Razack, chairman of Prestige Estates Projects, oversaw the construction of the tower.

He remarked, “It was a challenge to construct the mansion on a huge cantilever at that height, but we built it exactly as conceived.”
