A woman’s Tinder date took a humiliating turn when she got stuck in a window frame while retrieving her poop after blocking the toilet.

One woman’s Tinder date turned into a nightmare that she will never forget.
The seemingly normal date begins
In 2017, a woman went on a date with Liam Smyth, a 24-year-old student, in Bristol.
They enjoyed a nice dinner at Nando’s, a popular restaurant known for its chicken dishes.
After the meal, they returned to Liam’s home to relax and watch a documentary by Louis Theroux about Scientology.
Everything seemed to be going well until the woman felt an urgent need to use the bathroom.
The bathroom disaster emerged as she blocked the toilet
After using the toilet, the woman encountered a problem. She had accidentally clogged the toilet and could not get it to flush.
In a panic, she decided to take extreme action.
Instead of asking Liam for help, she picked up the mess and threw it out of the bathroom window, hoping to dispose of it discreetly. However, things did not go as planned.
The poo landed in a narrow gap between two window panes, leaving her with no way to retrieve it.
Realizing her mistake, she knew she had to confess to Liam about what had happened.
When the woman returned to the living room, she looked nervous and embarrassed.
She explained to Liam what she had done and that the mess was now stuck between the windows.
Liam, trying to be supportive, agreed to help her figure it out. They both knew they had to get the mess back, but it was not an easy task.

Liam suggested going outside to the garden to retrieve it, but they soon discovered that the bathroom window did not open to the garden.
The woman, being an amateur gymnast, thought she could reach into the window and grab the mess. She was determined to fix her mistake.
Mr Smyth recounted: “After our meal, we repaired back to my house for a bottle of wine and a scientology documentary.
About an hour in to Louis Theroux and chill, my date got up to use the toilet.”
“She returned with a panicked look in her eye, and told me she had something to tell me. “I went for a poo in your toilet”, she told me, and it would not flush.
“She continued, “I don’t know why I did this, but I panicked. I reached into the toilet bowl, wrapped it in tissue paper, and threw it out of the window”.’
The attempt to retrieve the mess
The woman climbed into the window, but she struggled to reach the poo.
As she tried harder, she ended up getting stuck upside down in the narrow gap between the houses.
After several attempts to get her out, Liam realized they needed professional help.
“She climbed in head first after her own turd, reached deeper into the window, bagged it up, and passed it out, over the top and back into the toilet from whence it came.
“She called out to me to help her climb out from the window, I grabbed her waist and I pulled. But she was stuck. Stuck fast.”
He called the fire department, worried about her safety.
While they waited for the firefighters to arrive, the woman remained trapped in the window.
She had been in that position for about 15 minutes, and Liam was growing increasingly concerned.
Finally, the fire brigade arrived, and they were ready to help.
He said: “She had been upside down in the window for around 15 minutes at this point, and I was starting to grow concerned for her health.”
The firefighters come to the rescue
The firefighters were surprised when they saw the unusual situation. They quickly assessed the scene and got to work.
Using their tools, they carefully freed the woman from the window frame. It took about 15 minutes, but she was finally out and unharmed.
Although the woman was safe, the bathroom window had been damaged during the rescue.
Liam had to deal with the cost of repairs, so he decided to set up a GoFundMe page to cover the expenses.
Surprisingly, the story went viral, and many people donated to help him.
“I called the fire brigade. Bristol’s finest were on scene sirens blaring in a matter of minutes.
“Once they had composed themselves after surveying the scene in front of them, they set to work removing my date from the window using all of their special firemen hammers and tools.”
Liam raised over $3,144 thanks to the support of people who found the story amusing.
The incident was dubbed #poogate on social media, and it became a topic of conversation.
Liam even appeared on television to share his experience, and he and the woman remained in contact after the incident.
Despite the embarrassing situation, the two did not end up as a couple.
However, they managed to keep a friendship, which shows that sometimes, even the worst experiences can lead to unexpected connections.
He said: ‘We still talk on Facebook every now and then. You’ve got to stay friends after going through something like this together.’
