One person said: Boomer here! All I can say if you are a hardworking smart Gen Z that shows up on time.. you will eventually be running things because you don’t have a lot of competition. Just a little patience until we retire!

A second wrote: Gen Z, the truth hurts, and if it makes you uncomfortable then you’ll learn, develop, and grow from it. Life’s tough, get a helmet!

While a third commented: I don't go for the whole Gen Z/Gen X/Millenial/Boomer thing. We are both nature and nurture and develop based on our experiences. There are petty people and self starters in all generations.

Someone else said: I'm an older millennial and I treat everyone with respect. I've had to be tough and write up and even fire people, but I've not yelled at my employees or personally insulted them. I have no right to dehumanized or infantize anyone.

Another added: Excessive coddling is bad. Anything in excess is always bad. Discipline these Gen-Z more, please. They need that to learn the realities of life (not "virtual")

Entitlement is the most toxic form of narcissism. That’s the root of it all. Another users added.
