In the footage, a 27-year-old woman finds herself in a dating conundrum after her first date with a 35-year-old man. The confusion stemmed from a text message she received from her date the following morning. 

Elizabeth took to social media to share her experience after her first time dating a millennial man. 

The video has the caption: 'Mo conversation!!!! Lmaooo. Is he still just 35, or am i not getting a second date?!"

In a video, she displayed a screenshot of the text message she received from her date, which read: "Hey, had fun last night. Have a good day."

She captioned the video with: "I have to start dating people my own age (but I won't)." She also added a question to the video: "Is he a bad texter or is he 35?"

Elizabeth expressed her confusion about the message.

In the footage, Elzabeth mouths, 'let's go? I guess?' This left some viewers puzzled.

Elizabeth clarified that while the message wasn't inherently bad, its wording left her unsure about whether the man wanted to see her again.

She stated in a comment under her video, “Let’s be clear, I do not have the ick. I just can’t read him and I really, really want to go on a second date.”

The video quickly went viral on social media and sparked.

A second wrote: I think guys should set the tone… I would have done the same as you & be frustrated… keep us posted what he says

Someone else said:  In summary: its a polite follow-up to indicate a lack of interest but acknowledging the time taken to go on the date still.

As a 33 year old woman who has only ever dated older men.. this is normal haha. Another user added.

In the comment selection, encouraged by some viewers, Elizabeth replied to the man's message, saying: "Me too! I hope your day is going well."

However, as the conversation progressed, she felt more convinced that the man was not interested in her. When she tried to set up another date, he responded that he was 'a little crazy with work' and suggested they 'play it by ear'.
